If you are between sizes, our suggestion is to go a size up as a dress can be altered smaller much more easier than larger.

Order Successful

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.


Normal orders are about 15-20 days，Special order about 30 days.

Receiving time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The receiving time =processing time+ shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can contact our customer service for further assistance.



Processing

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 7-10 days. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between over 4 weeks days depending on the difficult of handwork.



Shipping

Our partners with major international shipping companies to offer different methods: Express shipping(3-5 days), Standard shipping( 7-10 days) and Free shipping( 30 days).

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.



Delivered

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.



Tax

Kindly note that all packages are shipped from different Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.

*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

*Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders (outside UK & Europe). These fees are charged directly by the local customs. We will not charge you for any extra fee.

Return:
After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
But if you are not satisfied with your order or there is something wrong with our product , we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date.
1)Please issue return request with your order number, photos to show dress issues to our customer service email address: contact@modsele.com.
PS:Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was cancelled will be refused - no exceptions.
2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also, email us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
PS:Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3)Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.
PS:For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.And the costs of the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Note:
1)You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made and fit you!
2)We don't accept'buy-many-keep-one'try on returns. That's mean if you only want one item, but you buy two or more to have a try and then you want to return the one/ones you don't want. At this condition, we don't accept this return request.
3)We understand that you want to find the right dress for a special occasion, so most of our dresses are available in custom sizes and custom colors. Once a dress is made, it cannot be worn by anyone else. Therefore we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.
4)The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged: 1. Customized Items, 2. Accessories, 3. Items On Clearance.
5)We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged or Packages be inspected by the customs（the customer should pay the customs clearance）, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
6)In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. Final sale items are not returnable.
7)We reserve the right to verify original purchase for returns requested without an order number or shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at our warehouse.

Cancellation:
We understand that you want to find the right dress for that special occasion, so most of our dresses are custom made. Once the production of a dress has begun, the fabric cannot be reused.Hope you can understand that fabric,workmanship and time we used on the dress, please read our Refund policy carefully.
1)For wedding apparel and special occasion dresses (prom dresses, homecoming dresses.etc ):
•Orders canceled within 72 hours since paid will get full refund.
•Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 50% refund of total amount.
•Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.
2)For clothes,accessories etc.
•Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.
